Frequently Asked Questions


Question:  Do I need a visa or passport to go on the trip?
 
Answer:  No, Puerto Rico is a US territory and citizens have the same right there as here.



Question:  What does my player fee cover?

Answer:  Everything with the exception of airfare to and from San Juan.



Question:  Do I need additional money?

Answer:  Only if you wish to buy souvenirs or have spending money for other things.



Question:  How is transportation handled?

Answer:  A private coach bus will be hired for all transportation to and from games or other scheduled events.



Question:  What baseball gear should I bring? Players should bring gloves, bats, spikes and other personal gear need it to compete.

Answer:  Catchers should bring catching equipment. All players will be issued a full USA uniform with a hat, belt and travel bag which is the players to keep.


Summer Schedule

Camps will be conducted in the Summer from the 24th of May to the 7th of August. A week section of training for Only players who need to improve in the areas of hitting, bunting, fielding ,foot work, pivoting, running, agilities, diving, slyding and lifting. Also, video taping will be included.

The players ages are 14-19. The instruction will be given in Professional Stadiums. Instructions such as running, agilities, diving and slyliding will be given @ our beautiful beaches in San Juan.

Cost: The weekly training is $ 500.00.

2 weeks for $900.00.

The Results are tremendous, the players will make their dream team and have a better future.

Participating Teams

The following teams will be competing in the pool play of the American School of Baseball's Puerto Rico Winter Classic: Yabucoa, Guaynabo, San Sebastian, San Juan, and Carolina.

Itinerary for the Camp:

M,T W,TH & Fridays

Time: 9:30 AM

Workout: (Barefooted)Jumprope,5 minutes ABS, Stretch, agilities, Sand 60 yards(M,W, F), sand 40 yards(T&TH), agilities with cones (T,TH) Slyding, diving, 6 minute mile (W).

Location:

San Juan Hotel Beach

Time: 1:30 PM

Workout: Throwing, Groundballs,

Pivots, bunts, Hitting.

Location:

Roberto Clemente Stadium

Time: 6:00

Workout: Games 9 inn.

Location: ALL over there is a Professional Stadium.

Weightroom 5 days a week for 12% body fat.

> 5 meals a day, water.

>

>(T-TH) Twice a week legs with a three day rest including in the

>workout, leg express, squats, leg extention, leg curl and lunges.

>

>(M-F) Chest: 2 sets of dumbles( flat bench, incline)

>

>(T-TH) Biceps: palm down 2 sets, dumbells

>

> (M-F)Triceps: Palms down 2 set of pull down.

>

> (W) Back: pulldown to chest , 2 sets. Pull back one hand, two sets.

>

>(M-W-F) Traps: Chin down, small weight flies with 2 sets. V movement 2 sets.

>

>(M-W-F) Abs: 5 minutes Of ABS( 3 times a week) every other day.

>
